        Websites, publishers, imprints, and business lines. Nest imprints beneath a parent property while keeping their own colors.

          Series, campaigns, launches, or other containers for multiple related items. Projects can sit under properties and parent projects.

            Formats

            Content or publishing formats, with a default world for new items and intake.

              Statuses

              Workflow steps. Mark statuses active when they should appear in the priority queue and overdue counts.

                Social Platforms

                Used when Format is Social Media Post. Start with LinkedIn, Bluesky, and Mastodon; add others as needed.

                  Export

                  Plan files auto-save during normal use. JSON export is an optional extra backup; CSV export covers items only, for spreadsheets.

                  Import

                  JSON restores a full backup. CSV imports items (columns include title, world, format, status, priorityTag, tags, property, platform, project, target, scheduled, published, and notes — extra columns ignored).

                  The fictional demo is not saved. Choose New plan, Open plan, or Save as to use an auto-saving file on your computer.
